🌸 Why You Should Come Along
As bereaved mothers, we carry so much—grief, love, memories, and the weight of just making it through each day. Life keeps moving, and in the busyness of surviving, caring for others, and simply “being,” we often forget to pause and take care of ourselves.
This retreat is a chance to stop, breathe, and honour your own journey. It’s a safe space where you don’t have to explain your story, because everyone around you understands. Together, we’ll share gentle movement, nourishing food, soothing therapies, and heartfelt conversations.
It’s not about “fixing” grief—it’s about softening the heaviness, finding moments of calm, and reminding ourselves that we are still worthy of joy, connection, and care. You’ll leave not only refreshed but also surrounded by a circle of women who truly get it.
You’ve endured the unimaginable. You deserve this time for you. 💛
✨ What You’ll Take Away ✨
💛 A lighter heart – gentle practices to ease the weight of grief and create space for calm.
🌿 Practical tools – simple techniques in breathwork, movement, and mindfulness you can bring into everyday life.
🤝 Connection – the comfort of knowing you are not alone, and the bonds formed with other mums who truly understand.
🕊️ A sense of peace – moments of stillness, reflection, and self-care that honour both you and your child.
🌸 Nourishment – not just through beautiful food, but through caring for your body, mind, and soul.
✨ Renewal – leaving the day feeling grounded, supported, and reminded of your own strength and resilience.
